Shipping Destinations
We ship original artworks worldwide, with primary focus on the United States and the European Union. Shipping to other destinations is available upon request and quoted individually during the inquiry process.
Shipping Process
Given the unique, often large-format and fragile nature of our artworks, all shipments are arranged individually through specialized fine-art logistics carriers, using custom protective packaging and crating where appropriate. Shipping is arranged only after full payment has been received, in accordance with our order process described in the Public Offer.
Shipping cost, estimated transit time, and insurance options are calculated and communicated to you in writing during the inquiry and confirmation exchange, prior to the issuance of any invoice.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For shipments within the European Union, applicable VAT is calculated and, where required, collected in accordance with destination-country regulations. For shipments to the United States, any applicable state sales tax or import duty is the responsibility of the Buyer and assessed upon entry. For all other destinations, the Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or related administrative fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are outside the Gallery's control and are not included in the quoted artwork price.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the artwork's format and destination, typically ranging from 1 to 4 weeks for international fine-art shipping. Exact timeframes are confirmed in writing before payment.
Insurance
We strongly recommend insured shipping for all artworks, particularly large-format or high-value pieces. Insurance cost is calculated based on declared value and included in the shipping quote unless declined in writing by the Buyer.
Returns
Because each artwork is sold only after the Buyer has reviewed full photographic documentation and confirmed in writing that the specific piece, its dimensions, and its description are satisfactory, returns are accepted solely in cases of (i) damage occurring during transit, or (ii) the artwork received materially differing from what was confirmed prior to payment. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic documentation of the artwork and its packaging. Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and condition; return shipping arrangements will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
