How Payment Works
We do not offer instant online checkout. After you submit an inquiry and confirm in writing that the artwork's photographs, dimensions, and description are satisfactory (see our Public Offer), we issue a secure payment link via Stripe Invoice or Stripe Checkout, sent directly to your email.
Accepted Payment Methods
Stripe supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major debit and credit cards, depending on your region.
Security
All payment data is entered, transmitted, and stored exclusively within Stripe's infrastructure. The Gallery does not receive, process, or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials at any point. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of certification in the payments industry.
Fees
No additional processing fee is charged to the Buyer; the price confirmed in your written agreement with us is the price you pay (exclusive of shipping, insurance, and any applicable duties or taxes as described in our Public Offer).
Currency
Invoices are issued in US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR), as agreed during the confirmation exchange. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees, which are outside our control.
Order Confirmation
Once payment is completed, you will receive an automated payment confirmation from Stripe, followed by a confirmation email from the Gallery with next steps regarding shipping.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, no charge is made and your order is not processed. Please verify your card details with your bank, or contact us at zvgrgallery@gmail.com if the issue persists.
